Clear Contract Services has more than 13 years' experience in commercial and industrial cleaning throughout the UK.
We know that a clean and hygienic office environment helps companies to be more productive and gives a lasting impression of your workplace.

Clear Contract Services have been experts in commercial cleaning since 2006 in that time we have helped a number of clients maintain full office blocks to single offices.
POWER WASHING
We offer a professional Power washing services removes grime and contaminants from outside cladding, rooftops, brick or concrete and much more.
DEEP CLEANING
We offer one-off or regular deep cleaning services for commercial spaces and industrial businesses.

Currently, we also offer a covid 19 deep clean and sanitisation process using specialised cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners and fogging machines.
Hammonds Furniture
Clear Contract Services were appointed our cleaning service provider in June 2021 and are responsible for both office and industrial cleaning services on our three factories and adjoining offices.
The standard of cleaning and service provided by Clear Contract Services is exceptionally good, with clearly defined cleaning schedules in place to satisfy our housekeeping requirements whilst ensuring that there is no disruption to business activities.
Lewis and Paul diligently monitor the standard of cleaning carried out by their staff and regularly meets with us to ensure that we are satisfied with the standard of service being provided.
Clear Contract Services have also have undertaken a number of industrial cleaning projects at our manufacturing sites including deep cleans production, factory floor cleans, and cleaning of our catering kitchen witch was carried out to a very high standard.
